We will have a pre-festival Information meeting on the second Tuesday of every month leading up to the festival. Starting July 8th at 6pm to 8:30pm

Frequently Asked Questions for performers
Schedule:
Friday 10/17 6pm-Midnight

Who is Performing:
We are hosting over 100 bands. We will also be hosting singer-songwriter sessions and Jams. The headliner artists include Yonder Mountain String Band, Banshee Tree, Rootbeer Richie, Wrenn Van Band and Danger Foley. More national headliners will be announced soon. See Line-Up here.

What:
Performance slots will generally be 40 minutes with 20 minute turnovers. Actual times will be confirmed for each individual band.
​
Where:
Your band will perform at one of our ten satellite locations. We currently have confirmed The Velvet Elk, Odd Fellows and Stone Cottage Studios at satellite stages. We are working on other retail and restaurant locations along Pearl Street.
We will have an outdoor stage on Pearl & 16th. The National acts will be performing at Boulder Theater and eTown. We will have over 13 stages!

Artist Pay:
We are paying a total of $500 cash ($400 base and $100 social media bonus), plus a three-day festival wristband to each band member (max 5 wristbands per band - non transferable).
The $100 social media bonus will be paid within 30 days after the festival by submitting the links to 4 social media posts you made on your social media.

When:
We will confirm the time and location of your performance slot by August 15 (over 60 days before the festival).
