This engaging fireside-style conversation explores the critical importance of mental health education and literacy in every industry—from the music stage to the corporate office. Through candid discussion, we’ll unpack the connection between career and identity, examine how stigma shapes workplace culture, and highlight best practices for creating environments that support both employees and leaders. Participants will leave with actionable steps to foster honest conversations and advocate for mental wellness in their own workspaces. Session Flow: 30–40 minute co-fireside interview, followed by an optional 10–15 minute Q&A.
