We have a new system for Artists, Bands, and Musicians working with Roots Music Project called The Directory. Please read the FAQ below before starting your application.

Directory FAQ

This is a helpful place to understand the RMP Directory. How to navigate it, how to apply for the Boulder Roots Music Fest, and so much more!

If you are an artist you may already be in the Directory, Let's get started by going to the Artist Portal in the top right.

Sign-In with the email associated with your band or project and press "Continue". You'll be emailed a code to login.

If you have issues or don't receive a code, press the "login" link/button underneath the Terms.

This is the artist portal! If you have a band populate this page, we already have your information, but you can still edit it and Apply for the Festival.

If you don't see any projects listed, now is the time to add a Project. Click the button "Add Project". Fill out the form with all the required fields at a minimum. After you done, press "Add", and your project will populate!

Once you've added your project, you can do a couple things. First, would be to Apply for BRMF 2026! Click on the button "Apply For BRMF 2026". A new side panel will pop up and you can press "Edit" to Apply. Don't forget to hit "Apply" after filling out the required fields.

From the Artist Portal you can also edit your project, turn on and off public visibility, and delete your projects. Press the three dot button to see more options!
