Our Roots Insider Series is one of the most rewarding benefits of making a donation of $500 or more to Roots Music Project. This special series invites our supporters behind the scenes for intimate, in-person concerts, listening experiences, and community gatherings that celebrate live music and the mission of RMP. These events offer a closer connection to the artists, the venue, and the creative community you help sustain.

As a way of saying thank you, we host up to six Roots Insider Series events each year, exclusively for our Insider-level donors. Events may include private concerts, artist talks, special showcases, meet & greets with unique artists, all designed to give you an insider’s perspective on the music and musicians shaping our scene.

How to attend a Roots Insider Series event:

Once you’ve made a qualifying donation, you’ll receive invitations to Roots Insider Series events by email. Because some events have limited capacity, invitations are managed to ensure all eligible donors receive advance notice and a fair opportunity to RSVP.

Events are scheduled on a rolling basis throughout the year. You’ll receive a pre-invite approximately three to four weeks in advance, which will include event details such as date, time, location, and featured artist(s), along with the date the official RSVP invitation will be sent. Be sure to mark your calendar, RSVPs are accepted through the official invite.

When the official invitation arrives, you’ll be able to RSVP for yourself and one guest. Some events may fill quickly, so we encourage you to respond as soon as possible. If capacity is reached, you’ll have the option to join a waitlist.

Then, join us and enjoy the experience—discover new artists, see familiar favorites in an intimate setting, and connect with fellow Roots Music Project supporters who share a love of live music and community.

All donors who give $500 or more are eligible for up to six Roots Insider Series invitations per year for themselves and a guest. RSVP is required to guarantee admission.
