Ur Mom is a rock quartet from the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. Blending their wide range of influences: folk, funk, rock, and the blues, they’ve created a fresh, high-energy sound. The group is thrilled to announce that they'll be releasing their debut album at the end of the summer. Titled “Shrinks for Suburbanites”, the album offers a wry yet heartfelt look on the so-called struggles of suburban life. Performing on the stages of Summerfest, Ravinia, Carolina Indie Fest, Winnetka Music Fest, and more, the band is quickly making a name for themselves. Whether in the studio or onstage, Ur Mom is here to make you feel something—and make you move.
